David Chando CEO
David is an alumni of the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a minor in Business. David has worked in the various arenas of the construction industry for over 10 years. He has his General Contractors License and has worked for a large construction company in project management for several years. He has worked on developing a building from the ground up worth over $180 million in the city of Cambridge, renovation and restoration projects, public utility development and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) based project's throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. David has a passion for improving communities and not only adding value to real estate but the owners too. David started Everlasting Foundations, LLC in 2025.
Gary Martin Director of Outreach & Communications
Gary has over 30 years of experience working in customer service management and banking finance. Gary is an alumni of Atlantic Union College where he received his degree in Counseling Psychology. Gary has held many roles throughout his career from managing large chain restaurants to being a bank branch manager. Gary is skilled in understanding people and seeing where value can be added in their lives. Gary has a large passion for helping others achieve their goals and has joined Everlasting Foundations to continue on that mission.
