David is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, holding a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a minor in Business. With over 10 years of experience in various arenas of the construction industry, he has established himself as a skilled contractor consultant. David holds a General Contractor's License and has spent several years managing building projects for a large construction company. Notably, he has contributed to the development of a building valued at over $180 million in Cambridge, as well as various renovation and restoration projects, public utility development, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Driven by a passion for community improvement, David aims to enhance not just real estate value but also the value for property owners. In 2025, he founded Everlasting Foundations, LLC, bringing together a dedicated construction team to continue his mission.

Alex has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in HVAC while also possessing a broad range of construction knowledge. You wouldn't know that Alex spends the majority of his time on the job site, as he is people-oriented and genuinely cares about clients. As a contractor consultant, Alex has joined Everlasting Foundations to help facilitate community improvement through effective management of building projects with the construction team.
