David is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he earned a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a minor in Business. With over a decade of experience across multiple sectors of the construction industry, he has built a reputation as a knowledgeable contractor consultant and project leader. David holds a General Contractor’s License and has managed large-scale building projects for a major construction firm, including work on a development valued at over $180 million in Cambridge. His experience also spans renovation and restoration projects, public utility development, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) work throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

 David founded Everlasting Foundations, LLC in 2025 to apply his construction expertise and problem-solving mindset to real estate investing. His approach is practical, transparent, and relationship-driven, with a focus on creating solutions that work for all parties involved. By combining technical knowledge with disciplined underwriting and clear communication, David helps property owners navigate complex situations and move forward with confidence. 

Mitch brings a people-first approach to real estate acquisitions, combining strong communication skills with a sharp eye for opportunity. He focuses on building authentic relationships, understanding clients’ goals, and delivering results that create lasting value with every property acquisition. His diverse background — from leading youth ministry programs and mentoring students to guiding scuba divers in Costa Rica — has strengthened his professionalism, adaptability, and communication skills. This foundation in leadership and mentorship has refined his ability to connect, negotiate, and deliver win–win outcomes for property owners and investors alike. Dedicated to transparency and trust, Mitch ensures every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the acquisition process. He is also fluent in Spanish. 

Gary’s background is rooted in customer service and people-focused leadership. He spent the majority of his career managing a high-end restaurant, where he developed a strong ability to connect with people, anticipate their needs, and deliver an exceptional experience under pressure. He later served as a bank manager, continuing to shine by putting customers first and guiding them through important financial decisions with care and integrity. Gary joined Everlasting Foundations because he genuinely enjoys helping people, and he brings that same heart, attentiveness, and commitment to every client he works with.
